Arrival is between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will receive a welcome drink. You may both use all the facilities during your day, including the pools, spa and gym. There is also a choice of over 20 exercise and relaxation classes which you can participate in. You will each receive your chosen treatments as outlined above, which will last 90 minutes in total. You will have use of a changing room with lockers, showers and hairdryers plus unlimited towels. A three course buffet lunch is included. Departure is at 6pm.

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a day for your experience. This experience is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On booking your day, you will need to choose which treatments you would like. Minimum age is 18. Lunch is included in this package. This voucher entitles two people to access to the spa facilities, lunch and one of the relaxing treatment packages each.
