Skiing Taster

If you are sociable and enjoy learning with others, this experience is perfect for you. Your fully qualified instructor will ensure that you get the most out of your session. This 1 hour taster is designed for complete beginners and you will learn to ski on a nursery slope. You will cover an introduction to the equipment, side stepping, straight running becoming balanced and plough gliding. The use of your own equipment is permissable at your own risk. Lessons take place on a dry slope in all weather conditions, except electrical storms. Arrival is 20 minutes before your lesson to set up. Check in is at reception and then get kitted out with the required equipment. Remember to bring your gloves, to wear long sleeves and trousers loose enough to go above the boots. We advise you to wear knee and elbow pads during lessons. These can be purchased at the location.
