Choose your preferred location from the list attached, register with your chosen balloon operator and book on to a weekday morning flight. Call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your flight. Your itinerary starts just after dawn at which time you will be invited to help prepare the balloon for its flight with the rest of the guests. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three and a half hours.

On purchasing this experience you will be issued a voucher valid for ten months. This experience is available for Monday to Friday morning flights only (excluding bank holidays) throughout April-September subject to availability. Please note, this voucher may not be extended. Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum height is 4'6”, minimum age 8yrs old. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You must obey all requests and instructions issued by the operator's representative and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given. Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date you need to contact the operator to rebook your flight for the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights on specific dates. Most importantly there must be light wind speeds, adequate visibility, a stable atmosphere and no rain or snow. Flat weatherproof shoes or walking boots and comfortable casual clothing suitable to the appropriate time of year are recommended as you will take off and land in a field. It is recommended that garments should be made from natural as opposed to man made fabrics. Ladies are advised to wear trousers. All flights are Civil Aviation Authority certified and regulated. Cameras and videos are welcome.
